Asrein House of Beauty needed a premium digital platform reflecting their luxury salon services in Mega Mall, Bucharest. The project delivered a full-stack custom website with dark luxury design, gold accents, and elegant typography - built entirely in PHP/MySQL without any CMS or framework.

Key features include a complete admin panel for managing site content, services (241 imported from EvoBeauty), photo/video galleries, and client communications. The booking system integrates with EvoBeauty for online appointments, while a dedicated WhatsApp communication layer enables direct client engagement with pre-built message templates.

A standout feature is the QR-based loyalty system - clients scan a dynamic QR code (regenerated every 10 minutes for security) on a tablet at reception, register with their phone number, and accumulate visits. At every 10 visits, the system automatically generates a discount voucher. The admin dashboard provides real-time tracking of check-ins, voucher management, and client analytics across 27,000+ imported clients.

The platform also features an AI-powered blog system that automatically generates and publishes one beauty-themed article per day using the Claude API, complete with relevant photography sourced from the Pexels API. Articles are SEO-optimized with structured data, meta descriptions, and clean URLs - all running autonomously via a scheduled cron job.

Client data synchronization with EvoBeauty runs automatically every night, keeping the loyalty database current. The entire solution is deployed on shared hosting via FTP, with maintenance mode, GDPR-compliant privacy policy, and responsive design optimized for both desktop and mobile.
